Empties #4

Morning lovelies, hope you're all recovered from Christmas.

Today I have another empties post for you. I had quite a few half done products when I posted my last one so I'm not surprised I've collected a fair few so quickly. Before people call me out on it, I will admit that this time there are some things in this bunch that I haven't finished up per se - rather am chucking out because they're rubbish or broken.

1. E.L.F Essentials eyeliners - these are absolutely terrible. There is no colour payoff and they really drag on the skin so they aren't getting near my  delicate eye area ever again.

2. Wilkinsons Grape lipbalm - I really enjoyed using this, I was really cheap and worked really well so a happy customer. My only gripe is the flimsy packaging. Mine broke and I can't get the last bit of product out so I'm a bit gutted about that. Soo it's going into the bin.

3. E.L.F Concealer - this was from a conceal and highlight duo and I loved it but it's all dried up now so out it goes.

4. Right Guard 72h deodorant - I love this stuff, it's so effective; smells lovely and you can get it really cheaply. Love this stuff.

5. Soap and Glory Hand Food - sinks in  well and moisturises the same. As nice as it is I can't wait to try a different brand - only four tubes to go.

6. Batiste Original Dry Shampoo - really like this particular scent. It smells lovely and zesty and works a treat on greasy hair.

7. Soap and Glory Clean on Me - scent is no longer my fave but it is a delightfully moisturising wash. Only 8 of these to go.

8. Pantene Protect and Smooth conditioner  for Coloured Hair - I coloured my hair a while back so switched my shampoos and I have to say I love this one. It smells delicious and leaves my hair silky soft and shiny. It's a really great buy I must say.

9. Boots Essentials Eye Make-up Remover lotion - I initially liked this. It was unbelievably cheap and removed mascara well. But over time it started to sting my eyes so I discontinued use. I wouldn't recommend this one at all.

10. Boots Essentials Cucumber Face Scrub - again this one was very cheap but the grains inside were just too chunky for my sensitive skin. It felt really scratchy and horrible. I used it as a foot scrub instead and am finally free of it.

11. Hand sanitizer - nothing fancy; does the job. Have plenty of backups.

12. Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus serum - I thought this was a lovely little serum. The little sample lasted me a good few weeks and my skin looked visibly better. I would suggest this one to people looking for an effective serum.

13. Clarins Hydra-Quench Serum bi-phase - this worked wonders on my dry winter skin. It smells lovely and hydrates so well. I also like how it has an oil phase and a normal liquid phase that you shake together. Something unique on the serum market. For those with drier skins, this one's for you.

So that's it lovelies, another lot for the recycling. Hopefully this pace will continue and I'll get my stash down considerably.

What have you guys been using up and loving recently? I'd love to know.

Kirstie
