Empties #5

Hello lovelies!

Happy New Year to you all! I hope you all had a fantastic time seeing in 2013 and I'd just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for checking out my little piece of the internet. Just to know that people look at my blog makes me so happy so thank you.

I know my last empties wasn't too long ago, but I have another.... I swear I have hundreds of nearly empties products filling up my bathroom shelves at the moment.

Here's my latest bunch...

1. Ted Baker Body Spray - This is from 2 years ago so I'm glad to be done with it. Although I will say I prefer these Ted Baker scents to the current ones. So it's bittersweet to have finished this.

2. No 7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for Normal/Combination skin - I really enjoyed using this moisturiser. It kept my oiliness at bay all day but kept it thoroughly moisturised too. It's been a saviour this past month. Would I repurchase? Probably not as I've found something better which I'll tell you about soon. But I would recommend it.

3. E.L.F Nail Polish in Clear - Cheap and cheerful top and basecoat. I feel like I'm the only person who doesn't use a separate base and top coat but clear nail polish works well for me so I've stuck with it. It did the job and I would recommend. Not going to repurchase however as I'm not in need of anything else from E.L.F, so I will probably pick up the MUA clear polish.

4. Simple Kind to Skin Refreshing Facial Wash Gel - This is just a little travel size I bought for when I went on my cruise a while back. It was a nice product but it didn't do anything special for my skin. I'm not going to repurchase this one, but if you have very sensitive skin I would recommend this.

5. Travalo Classic Atomiser -This isn't empty as such but it's going into the bin nevertheless. It doesn't work anymore and pretty much hasn't since two uses in. Not impressed. From my experience they're a bit hit and miss so I wouldn't say don't buy one, I'd just err on the side of caution and not expect something amazing.

6. Soap and Glory Calm One Calm All - Perfect for a de-stress soak. It has a milder version of the original pink scent which is perfect; it produces tonnes of bubbles and it moisturises skin as you soak. Marvellous. I would highly recommend. It's a tad pricey for a bubble bath I guess, but it's a nice treat. Lucky for me I don't need to repurchase as I've about 5 bottles knocking around.

7. CK One - This scent carries some very personal memories for me. It's been my other halves signature scent for as long as I've known him (a very long time might I add) so I have a bottle to remind me of him. But now it's all gone... I will absolutely be repurchasing and would recommend to either sex.. It's just a great unisex fragrance and you really can't go wrong with it.

8. Oral B 3D White toothpaste - Holy grail toothpaste. It whitens and brightens so well; isn't too minty and won't break the bank like professional whitening. Love this. Will absolutely repurchase and would recommend this till the cows come home. Fantastic stuff.

9. Soap and Glory Off Your Face Wipes - Out of all the items featured today, this is the only one I can say with confidence I won't be repurchasing. I don't think my skin is ridiculously sensitive, but these sting so badly that they're almost unbearable to use. The initial use is fine but the aftermath just isn't pleasant. To top that, they don't even remove make-up that well. Not a fan at all. You can find much better facial wipes I believe.

10. Philips Sonicare brush head - I'm a slave to the Sonicare brand. Their brushes work like no other and my teeth feel amazing after a 2 minute brush. I would recommend the entire line to anyone in the market for a decent electronic toothbrush.

So there we have it, another 10 empties! I hope I can keep this pace up as my shelves are looking neater and neater by the day.

As always, I'm a huge fan of empties videos and posts so feel free to pop links etc in the comments below.

Kirstie.
