Essie Orange, It's Obvious: Manicure Monday

Good morning lovelies, hope you're all well.

 As it's Monday I have for you another Manicure Monday Post. 

 I recently purchased some Essie polishes from Fragrance Direct for the bargain price of £1.99 and Orange, It's Obvious is the one keeping my talons polished today.

 In the bottle it's a vibrant orange shade - think orange Skittles. On the nail however it's more of a red orange with two coats. Lovely nonetheless. 

 Here it is..





These are my first Essie polishes and I must say my experience so far has been hit and miss. When I did my usual nail routine, they chipped so easily so I've had to double up on topcoat which isn't great for a 'chip resistant polish'... I'm not naive enough to think that it won't ever chip but I had a whole nail chip off in one piece with my normal routine - not good.

I would however recommend the polishes as there are some great colours available and they are really affordable.

      So cheap! They're all old shades but you can't complain for the price!!
