Spring Date Night Make-Up

by - 16:24:00

After posting my everyday make-up I thought it might be worth sharing my go to products for a more sultry summer evening look. So without further ado let's get stuck in.

I still like my skin to glow of an evening so I'm using the Laura Mercier Radiance Primer and topping that off with a light layer of the Touche Eclat Foundation. These two are the perfect pair; instant glowy skin that doesn't budge will be yours with these. Amazing. For any blemishes and under eye baddies I've been sticking with my Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer; it just can't be beat.

To add a bit of definition to my face I've been lightly contouring with Benefit's Hoola bronzer and then buffing in a spot of Nars' Liquid Illuminator in Orgasm. Peachy pink golden cheeks - check!

For eyes I've brought out my Tom Ford Nude Dip Palette. I use the paler grey all over the lid and then buff a small amount of the darker shade into the crease, outer v and under my lashes for a super quick smokey eye. To define the eye further I've been reaching for Benefit's They're Real. I find this too much for daytime but I love the drama it brings for an evening look. Plus it wears well so I don't have to worry about it transferring or giving me panda eyes. Score.

Eyebrows are the same, the Brow Wiz teamed with the Maybelline Brow Gel. I've tended to opt for the Dip Brow Pomade for an evening but lately I've been really enjoying the more natural feathery look the pencil gives. If I really need my brows to be bulletproof though the Dip Brow will of course be on hand.

Glowy skin and dramatic eyes all checked off it's time to finish it off with the lips. This is perhaps the most boring step because I've been obsessing over the Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in 02. As a result a slick of this peachy gloss and I'm ready to head out of the door.

Voila, date ready make-up in a flash.

Now you've seen my date night look I'd love you to share yours with me. Leave your absolute date night beauty musts down below. Have I missed a crucial step which could lead to date disasters?
