Easy Chickpea Curry

I posted about this recipe as part of my 'Weekend Things' post. I've just made another batch sans recipe, so I thought I would share it with you guys. It's really is so simple to make, that you don't need a recipe. Just some common sense and a few ingredients. 


1 Tin of Chickpeas
1 Tin of chopped Tomatoes
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1tsp Garam Masala; Tumeric; Cumin; Chilli powder; ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Ginger 
1tbsp Olive oil


Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the onion. Fry until soft. 

Once the Onions are soft, add the tin of Tomatoes and the Spices. Simmer until the liquid has reduced and then add the can of Chickpeas. 

Stir through and simmer for 5-10 minutes more and you're done!

Now all that's left to do, is to choose what you want to go with it. Today I chose a naan as I fancied a bit of a treat.
