What's In My Bag

We're coming into a new season, so I thought I would give you a little update on what's in my bag. The bag itself hasn't changed I don't think. I still very much love and enjoy the Michael Kors Selma Medium Leather Cross Body (£220). It's just the right size for me; the leathers very durable and I like how simple it is.

But onto the more important stuff, what's actually inside. Two things I can't leave home without are my wallet and phone. When I bought my bag I immediately went on the hunt for a complimentary wallet. I snapped up a Jet Set Continental wallet in a striking blue and I haven't looked back. It fits all my cards, cash and has a handy coin compartment so what more could you want. Sadly this particular wallet isn't available anymore, but there are other colours of the Jet Set (£130) still available.

My next essential is my phone. I don't think I have to explain this one too much. I still have the iPhone 5 because I haven't liked any of Apple's newer releases. You can only imagine how delighted I was when they announce the iPhone SE - that will be coming home with me soon.

Now moving onto the fun things. I currently have Charlotte Tilburys 'Bitch Perfect' (£23) in my bag because that's what I've been wearing a lot lately. I always make sure to have a lip product in there because you will probably need to touch up at some point.

Sticking with the beauty theme, I'm always carrying some kind of perfume. It's a passion of mine and it definitely doesn't hurt to smell nice. As it's been a bit warmer this past week or so, I've revisited Daisy by Marc Jacobs. The one I have, is an old summer limited edition that I can't for the life of me remember the name of. It has the typical Daisy scent but it's on the fruitier side, which I personally like.

My last little beauty bit is the Garnier Hand Repair Intensive Restoring Hand Cream (£3.99). If you aren't using a hand cream, why not? Hands are often where we see the first signs of ageing, so keep them well looked after. After washing my hands or using hand sanitizer I always make sure to apply some to keep things nice and hydrated. If you're looking for a great one that won't break the bank, the Garnier ones are firm favourites of mine.

Interesting stuff aside, I also carry a Cross pen, some tissues and of course my headphones. Whatever form, you should always carry these three. You never know when you might need to fill in a form; blow your nose or block out the person next to you. Definite must haves.

And that's what's in my bag. Now you've seen mine, it's time to share yours!
