Wander Beauty On The Glow Blush

It's Monday, it's raining and I've honestly not got a lot of inspiration right now. Some days are like that unfortunately, but you make what you've got work don't you. As you can probably imagine, this post has little to no direction so I'm just going to roll with it.

The only thing I really have on my agenda to talk about is the Wander Beauty On The Glow Blush in Soft Pink/Nude Glow. I purchased this in the states, but I've just seen it on Net-A-Porter so I saw this as a green light to tell you all how good it is. There's nothing worse than loving a product that isn't available to most of your readers, but now that it is lets get into it.

First of all, yes it's expensive. In the USA it's $42, while in the UK it's £35. £17.50 for a cream blush or a cream highlighter is pricey in my books, but sometimes I'll pay for convenience. The fact that it is so handy and travel friendly is what attracted me to it in the first place. Every time I pack my make-up bag, I'm always left with a bulky mess of palettes and tubes. As you can probably imagine, I hate this. This double ended dream is the answer to most of my packing problems. The blush works great on both lips and cheeks, while the highlighter can work on both my eyes and face. What more do you need?

In terms of the product itself, it's both well pigmented but easy to work with. You can build the colour up or sheer it out, so it's completely foolproof. My only regret now is that I didn't purchase the Coral one too. Next time eh? As you can see from the picture, I've been pairing it with the Chanel Pefection Lumiere Velvet Foundation (20 Beige) and a bit of Maybelline Lash Sensational Intense Black Mascara. For a five minute face, there's no better combination in my eyes.

Safe to say Wander Beauty is definitely a brand I will be purchasing more of. I hear so little about them online that it will be nice to see if the rest of the line is just as good as what I already own. I mean if a former VS Angel is behind it, it must be good right? If you want to look at the rest of the line you can find it here

Completely unrelated, but is anyone else bored of the blanket coverage for the new L'Oreal face masks or just blanket coverage in general? I feel like I've seen a million posts with the same words and pictures this past week. The Dyson hairdryer ones have been particularly woeful if I do say so. I'm all for getting your product out there, but at least make sure it's your target market using whatever it is please. Thoughts?
