Three Fall Beauty Favourites

by - 16:48:00

Sweater weather is on the way people! With that comes the chance to dust off all my lovely Fall beauty things and it couldn't have come soon enough for me. While I'm a fan of all things warm and sunny, those two just aren't compatible with a vampy lip and heady scent combo. I don't know about you, but there are definitely times where I prefer the latter.

This past week has been pretty bracing in the UK, so I shopped my stash and here are the three things I've not been able to put down.

I've had this gem for a while now but I've always overlooked it in favour of Darkside. It would appear that the tables may finally be turning. On me, Hang Up is translating darker and less berry toned on me right now and I love it. I blame Dior's runway shade but the darker the better for me at the moment and this lipsticks stolen my heart (for the time being anyways). I've currently got my eye on the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade Transylvania, so if any of you have it let me know if I need it.

Due to the shades in this palette generally being warmer and darker than others I own, it tends to be reserved for nights out and the colder months. Each September/October time I pull it out of hibernation and the love affair starts again. For this time of year, I really don't think there's a better palette. You can do daytime looks as well as super glam New Years Eve worthy looks, so it's a definite must have in my eyes.

AKA my signature scent. The love for this scent runs deep within me. It was love at first sniff and I'd wear it all year round if I could. Sadly, in the warmer months it can get a bit claggy so I reserve it for evenings and the likes until around September time. Once I'm reaching for my gloves and scarves, I practically bathe myself in this stuff. It's heady, sexy and oh so feminine. Not to sound cliché but when I wear this I feel unstoppable. Safe to say this is my favourite thing about Fall. Forget Christmas Day, being able to wear Black Orchid non-stop is the best thing about the temperatures taking a dive. So Santa if you are reading this, I'll take the biggest bottle money can buy, please and thanks.

And that makes three for my beauty edition. I'm going to continue the series with food, fashion and things to do, so check back for those soon!

Have a great day guys!
